Mid-Am Building Supply is the premier wholesale distributor of building products to America's Heartland. Through our four strategically located warehouses we offer quick and easy access to our inventory of over $30,000,000 of roofing, siding, insulation, windows, fasteners, cabinets, moldings, locks and interior and exterior door products.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Answering phones and directing callers to the appropriate person or voicemail; taking messages as necessary.
- Greet customers and vendors as they come in.
- Process and bill all incoming delivery tickets.
- Reviewing incoming faxes and distributing as needed.
- Scanning
- General data entry
- Create and/or edit documents as needed using various computer programs.
- Month end reports and closing out month end.
Qualifications
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- Clear and concise written/oral communication skills.
- Must be able to work with customers and the general public effectively and courteously.
- Must have efficient data entry skills: including speed, accuracy and excellent proofreading.
- Organizational skills and prioritizing is a must.
- Effectively follow oral and written instructions.
Experience
Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Proven competency in personal computer applications such as Microsoft Excel.
