What You’ll Do:
Support Property Operations:
- Assist the Property Manager in overseeing daily operations across residential or commercial properties.
- Ensure property records and documentation are kept up-to-date and organized.
Maintenance Coordination:
- Schedule and follow up on maintenance requests and repairs with contractors.
- Help maintain high-quality standards for property upkeep and tenant satisfaction.
Inspections:
- Conduct routine property inspections and report findings to the Property Manager.
- Address maintenance and safety concerns in a timely manner.
Tenant Relations:
- Act as the first point of contact for tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Support tenant move-ins, move-outs, and handle day-to-day communications professionally.
Leasing Support:
- Assist with leasing vacant units, including scheduling tours and preparing lease documents.
- Help screen potential tenants to ensure a good fit for the property.
Administrative Tasks:
- Manage property-related correspondence, invoices, and records.
- Assist with preparing reports and tracking budgets.
Financial Support:
- Support rent collection efforts and assist with tracking payments.
- Monitor delinquent accounts and escalate issues to the Property Manager as needed.
- Assist in preparing property budgets and financial reports.
Compliance:
- Stay informed about local, state, and federal regulations affecting property management.
- Help ensure properties comply with all legal and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s (required) or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in property management, real estate, or administrative support roles.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
