Mid-Atlantic Surgical Systems — a #1 Top Workplace and exclusive Arthrex® agency — is seeking a motivated and clinically driven Biologics Sales Specialist to join our expanding biologics team in the Western PA & WV region.
This is a unique opportunity to work alongside surgeons, support operating room procedures, and lead the adoption of Arthrex’s industry-leading regenerative technologies — including allografts, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), bone grafts, and hyaluronic acid-based solutions.
As a Biologics Sales Specialist, you’ll serve as the go-to expert for all things regenerative. You’ll build strong relationships with surgical teams, educate both customers and colleagues on product applications and data, and support sales efforts across a fast-growing portfolio.
Expect to be hands-on in the OR, in clinical offices, and at the forefront of biologics education in the region.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Act as the primary biologics contact across assigned accounts
- Develop, support, and expand surgeon relationships
- Provide in-field technical support during procedures
- Lead biologics product training sessions internally and externally
- Stay current on emerging research, studies, and clinical applications
- Travel within the region (with occasional travel for trainings/meetings)
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B, medical device, sports medicine, or technical sales preferred
- Exceptional communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable in both OR and clinical settings
