Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they are greeted promptly by someone who is kind, professional, and dressed in business casual attire to reflect our company’s standards. You will be responsible for providing timely and accurate information, resolving inquiries, multitasking effectively, and ensuring a positive customer experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Direct customers to the appropriate department for specialized assistance.
- Handle customer complaints or escalate them to the appropriate party.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, report generation, order processing, mail handling, and document tracking.
- Direct and track leads, and develop activity reports.
- Greet walk-in customers and assist with their needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Adhere to company policies and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Customer service experience preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in English. skills a plus!
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Adaptable to changing needs and priorities.
Essential Job Functions:
- This position requires repetitive use of a keyboard, bending, sitting, squatting, and simple grasping.
