DIRECTOR OF NURSING
Director position available for Registered Nurse (BSN preferred) with management and leadership skills to coordinate nursing services at Mid-Step Services home for individuals who are medically fragile.
Responsibilities include coordinating nursing services, staff orientations, supervision, evaluation and education. Must have thorough understanding of nursing principle with skills in the areas of assessment, diagnosis, care plans, and programming.
Must have at least three years nursing experience, experience working with people who are medically fragile preferred.
