The Role
The Account Executive is responsible for managing customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. In addition, the Account Executive will seek new business opportunities and present products to prospective clients.
Responsibilities :
- Focus on building and maintaining relationships while managing multiple customer accounts to best meet the customer needs
- Develop and see-through business plans to achieve goals and meet personal / team sales goals
- Present products to prospective clients and develop long- term relationships
- Respond and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining the Companys reputation
- Seek feedback from customers to maximize customer loyalty
- Follow market trends to best suit customer needs.
- Travel to client sites and participate in trade shows throughout the year
- Other duties as assigned
