Inside Sales Support Representative

We’re seeking a positive, personable inside sales support representative for a rewarding career opportunity in the electronic security industry! You’ll connect with new people, tackle tough problems, and raise the bar on an excellent customer experience while making schools, hospitals, workplaces, and other gathering areas safer and more secure. We welcome applicants who are interested in security technology, are detail-oriented, and can’t wait to get started!

This individual will be in-person, based out of our Maryland Sales Office located at 1401 Abingdon Road, Abingdon, MD Monday through Friday during normal business hours with some early arrivals and late departures depending on unique circumstances. Minimal day or overnight travel may be required for training or other special events.

$30,000 - $50,000 yearly

• Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints
• Work closely with the sales lead to stay up-to-date on service and product knowledge
• Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and mitigating complaints

• Support the outside sales representative team for our represented security manufacturers
• Support customers by preparing quotations, providing project design, and other similar activities required to achieve team goals

• Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
• Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction

• Have an interest in learning about electronic security
• Have an interest in learning about network infrastructure
