Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Seasonal Marina Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our marina during peak season. This role requires a hands-on leader to manage multiple aspects of the marina. We currently have retail operations, boat rentals, overnight stays, a fuel dock, and a food cart, ensuring an exceptional experience for guests while maintaining smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Marina Operations & Customer Service
- Oversee the retail store, ensuring proper inventory management, merchandising, and high-quality customer service.
- Manage boat rentals, including reservations, maintenance scheduling, and safety compliance.
- Oversee overnight stays, handling bookings, guest assistance, and maintaining clean and welcoming grounds.
- Ensure the fuel dock operates safely and efficiently, complying with environmental and safety regulations.
- Supervise/operate the food cart, ensuring food safety standards, supply management, and quality service.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe marina environment.
- Team Leadership & Staffing
- Train, and manage seasonal staff across all marina operations.
- Provide ongoing leadership and training to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.
- Business & Financial Management
- Monitor daily sales and ensure accurate cash handling procedures.
- Maintain proper inventory levels for the store, boat rentals, and food cart.
Qualifications & Requirements
Previous management experience preferred.
Knowledge of boat rentals, campsite operations, fuel dock management, and food service operations is a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Comfortable with POS systems, scheduling software, and basic financial reporting.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Boating safety certification or willingness to obtain one (preferred).
Availability to work weekends, holidays, and peak season hours.
