MPNN BH is seeking to fill the position of Behavioral Health Residential Assistant. Employee is responsible for the supervision and monitoring of individuals with behavioral health needs in a communal living environment overnight. Employee’s primary focus is to identify behaviors, situations or physical conditions that obstruct safety and security. Employee must be physically present and awake for entirety of shift and able to readily respond to the needs of the individuals. Critical component of job is to possess strong interpersonal skills. May be required to transport persons served in the MPNN BH vehicle. Reports to the Residential Manager. Position is located in Lively, Virginia.
