The HR Recruitment & Development Coordinator will be a key player on our Admin team. This key position will support all aspects of Human Resources and assist the Human Resources Manager in ensuring an organized, accountable and high functioning department. Focusing on recruiting, development of employee programs, and providing administrative support with the highest level of integrity. Support all aspects of employee benefits and appreciation.
The ideal candidate for this position will work with all of the Co-op Departments, be open to input from others, and endlessly flexible!
What You'll Do:
Manage Recruitment and Onboarding: Develop strategies, post job openings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews to attract top talent.
Enhance Employee Development: Work with the HR Manager to maintain DEI initiatives, manage learning systems, and support training programs.
Foster Employee Engagement: Support recognition efforts, schedule staff trainings, and coordinate staff events.
Maintain Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and support internal investigations as needed.
Customer Service Excellence: Role model outstanding customer service and assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and answering phones, to meet employee needs.
What We're Looking For:
HR Proficient: Strong familiarity with HR processes and systems, including recruitment strategies and employee engagement. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certifications are preferred.
Organizational Skills: Proven time management and multitasking abilities in a cooperative environment.
Natural Foods Enthusiast: Familiarity with the natural foods industry is a plus.
Team Player: Ability to work well with others and be endlessly flexible.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally and perform tasks in both office and store environments.
