The Summer 2025 Internship Program at MidFirst Bank offers qualified students the opportunity to integrate academic learning with hands-on, practical experience in a fast-paced commercial banking environment. High performing interns are eligible for full-time positions in the Officer Development Program.
The Summer Internship includes:
· A comprehensive overview of the banking industry via case studies, departmental rotations, executive briefings, strategy meetings and special projects.
· Business and industry research, compliance monitoring and financial analysis.
· Loan presentations to senior management.
· One-on-one mentoring with recent ODP graduates, program managers and HR career counselors.
· Team challenges and after hours social events.
Position Requirements
· Completed junior year of a BA/BS degree.
· Business major required.
· Cumulative 3.25 GPA.
· Accounting or finance coursework required.
· Demonstrated extracurricular achievement.
· Proven analytical ability and attention to detail.
· Ability to multitask and excel in a deadline-driven environment.
· High level of initiative and accountability.
· Results-driven, team-oriented and client-focused.
· Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
