The Wellness Program Manager will oversee the day-to-day administration of MidFirst Bank’s corporate wellness program, to ensure it is comprehensive, engaging and aligned with the goals of the organization, while driving positive outcomes for our employees.
Responsibilities will include:
- Program Administration – Determines program structure, features, and eligibility requirements and ensures program is functioning properly day to day.
- Vendor Management – Collaborates effectively with our wellness platform partner to ensure the platform functions properly and troubleshoots issues as needed. Stays up to date on its usage and potential enhancements available.
- Internal Communications & Support - Communicates features and parameters of wellness program internally to encourage employee participation and answer questions, as needed.
- Event Planning & Execution – Coordinates annual or periodic wellness events, such as on-site health screenings, mobile mammography and blood drives.
Position Requirements
Qualified candidates will have 5 years’ experience managing a corporate wellness program and a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resource Management or Business-related field.
Additional requirements include:
- Demonstrated success overseeing a robust wellness program, and proposing innovative solutions to drive strategic outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively message program features in a way that drives engagement.
- Proven ability to partner with external vendors and internal resources to ensure proper accessibility and functionality of the wellness platform.
- Understanding of key metrics that reflect program success and ability to track and report on them to monitor program effectiveness.
- Demonstrated technical skills and competency using MS Office Suite
