Main Responsibilities
- Develops and delivers a profit plan for each branch, establishing performance goals for the retail staff.
- Monitors competitors' product offerings to stimulate idea generation in the development, modification, and sales activities for new and existing products and services.
- Cultivates a sales culture and ensures that the staff receives proper training to sell and cross-sell products and services that meet individual customer needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of retail banking sales and customer service experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of multi-branch, retail sales management experience.
