Currently, Midway Auto & RV has 3 locations in Wyoming (Cody, Sheridan & Worland) focusing on pre-owned vehicle sales and new & used RVs. Midway is the largest RV dealership in Wyoming. The Cody location, serving the community for nearly 25 years, is a trusted name in the region for quality vehicles and exceptional customer service.
Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned F&I Manager to lead our Cody showroom. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive finance, possess strong lender relationships, and demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Services: Offer competitive financing options to customers, ensuring alignment with lender guidelines and dealership policies.
- Product Sales: Promote and sell insurance products, extended warranties, and other value-added services to enhance customer protection and dealership profitability.
- Documentation: Oversee the accurate completion and submission of all finance-related paperwork, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Lender Relations: Maintain and cultivate strong relationships with financial institutions to secure favorable terms and expand financing options for our customers.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to streamline the vehicle purchase process and provide training on finance products and compliance requirements.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service by understanding customer needs, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring a seamless financing experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an F&I Manager in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of financing processes, insurance products, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and dealership management systems.
- High ethical standards and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Compensation: Commission-based with previous 4 years grossing $100K , plus bonus structure and relocation compensation. Midway offers 401K w/employer match, health insurance, paid vacation and employee purchase programs.
Salary : $106,000 - $156,000
