SEO / Social Media Director

Midwest Gun Works, an industry leader in gun parts, shooting accessories and gunsmithing since 1997, is currently seeking a SEO and Social Media Director. Do you have a passion for firearms, social media and SEO? Do you want to craft meaningful content about the shooting sports, hunting and defense industries? We are seeking a SEO and Social Media Director to develop and deliver key copyright and video content, social media and marketing assets. Social media and SEO experience, strong attention to detail, time management, organizational and communication skills are essential.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for all aspects of social media marketing including, but not limited to daily content creation, timely and effective engagement with posts, editorial calendar production, promotions and giveaways.Create meaningful marketing copy catered to the customer's needs.Responsible for digital assets including building and growing a key audience across a wide spectrum of social media platforms including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter and more.Develop strategy to maximize impact from blog, social and website content.Stay up to date on social media and SEO best practices to successfully position MGW as best in class.Preferred Qualifications3-5 years' experienceUnderstanding of social media and SEO required as it pertains to the firearm and shooting industry.Knowledge of the firearms and outdoor industry preferred.Possess strong attention to detail and robust communication skills.Proactive problem-solving approach with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proven critical thinking and collaborative skills.Ability to create and implement plans, processes and procedures.Experience with social media administration, Adobe Suite, WordPress, Google Analytics and Search Console highly desirable.If this position is of interest to you please email resume to [email protected]Position Currently FilledPlease Submit Resume for Future Consideration#J-18808-Ljbffr
