Responsibilities
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes collaboration and teamwork.
- Develop and implement cultural competency training programs to enhance colleague knowledge and understanding of diverse perspectives.

Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Pain Management or PACU settings, preferably in an ambulatory surgery center.
- Active RN license and required valid BCLS Certification upon employment.
- ACLS certification is mandatory, with PALS certification as required by facility practices.
