Core Values

Core values are characteristics or mores that we believe as a company are not negotiable and remain in place no matter what direction our work may take. Below are the core values we identified for ourselves. These values are intrinsic in our organizational foundation. It is the standard by which we judge all organizational behavior.

1. A culture of self-motivated execution. (We are not of the opinion that micromanagement is effective, every employee Is an executive. Each person is expected to keep themselves motivated and working towards solving problems within their individual sphere of Influence).

2. Perseverance and commitment to finding the solution. (can’t is not in our vocabulary. We find a way, even where we have fallen short before).

3. Compassion (by the very nature of what we do empathy Is a must. Our mission Is to ultimately relieve suffering).

4. Honest, direct, respectful, communication (no relationship can flourish without communication we commit to speaking the truth in love and understanding to our clients and ourselves).

5. Approachability and accessibility (we don’t ever appear holier than thou, or speak down to anyone, client, or co-worker. An open-door policy and tolerance are critical).

6. Loyalty to each other and the company (am I my brother’s keeper? Yes, I am. We support each other and watch each other’s backs. Our mission Is the most Important thing).

Our residential and outpatient substance use disorder treatment center provides a range of services to assist individuals in overcoming addiction and achieving long-term recovery. Our services include comprehensive assessments, individualized treatment plans, evidence-based therapies, group counseling, relapse prevention planning, aftercare support, and more.
