Job Description
We are looking for a new team member to assist in the office, help coordinate with existing employees and new team members, scheduling, and manage essential bookkeeping tasks, including reporting.
Job responsibilities:
- QuickBooks and able to provide reporting
- Computer skills / Office
- Answer incoming calls
- Researching materials and job supplies
- Track payments and following up with subcontractors
- Support reporting and scheduling equipment maintenance
- Responding to new job applications by phone and setting up interviews
- Filing of paperwork, updating files, light office cleaning, ordering office supplies, picking up the mail, and other daily office activities
Applicants will need to have the following for this position:
- Positive and outgoing personality
- Valid driver's license is required with a good driving record
- A warm and friendly attitude with good phone skills
- Good communication and teamwork
- Ability to work independently without daily supervision
- Detailed and organized
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
