Summary
The responsibility of the Property Manager is to oversee the day-to-day management and operations of the Housing Authority’s Public Housing program
Essential Functions
- Receives and processes rent collections and delinquencies, late notices and posting rents
- Participates in training including Compliance, Fair Housing, HUD, and other seminars as requested.
- Provides office coverage as needed during changes in workflow and personnel during vacations and/or other extended absences
- Assists in other community administrative duties as needed.
- Manage resident relationships to assure a safe and comfortable living environment.
- Troubleshoot problems with residents.
- Assists the Preventative Maintenance Specialist on special maintenance projects, i.e., preventive maintenance of building components and/or mechanicals.
- Process resident evictions and attend court proceedings when necessary.
- Maintain Public Housing program occupancy level of 97%.
- Additional duties as assigned.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
