What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Service Advisor position at Mike Alsop Automotive?
Duties:
- Schedule appointments via telephone using Xtime.
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Increase customer satisfaction by building customer relations.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them.
- Create work orders and schedule appointments for service.
- Communicate via phone and email in response to questions, problems, and complaints including follow-up to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Ensure customer data is up to date by confirming address, phone, email, etc.
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Provide estimates for repairs and obtain customer approval.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Maintain the company’s standards for ethical business practices, professional image, orderliness, customer service and good employee and community relations.
Requirements:
