Responsibilities
- Follow all underwriting, rating, and compliance guidelines
- Assist customers with policy and billing inquiries
- Inform clients about promotions, upgrades, and new products
- Retain customers and manage accounts through phone, email, and client lists
- Educate clients on insurance policies that best fit their needs
- Conduct follow-up calls to businesses and individuals to promote services and referral programs
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, warm calls, and lead databases
