Job Title: Business Office Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, and supporting the overall success of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications (email, phone, mail, etc.)
- Handle basic bookkeeping and financial record-keeping tasks
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Ensure that office equipment is well-maintained and in good working condition
- Manage office facilities, including cleaning and maintenance
- Provide administrative support to management and other staff as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office manager or similar administrative role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus
