Leading multi-family renovation construction company with great opportunities for growth seeking a skilled Assistant PM with 5 years’ experience.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Handle all documentation and paperwork including but not limited to :
- Submittals, RFI’s, O & M Turnover and Punch lists, Bidding / Procurement, Estimates, Permits, Cost Analysis for expenses and Cash Flow, Change Order Requests and Proposals
- Experience :
- 5 years construction management experience in the renovation of multi-family and water intrusion
- Knowledge of construction project management principles
- Understand construction means and methods
- Must be able to read blueprints
- Plan reading, take-offs
- Relationship with local subcontractors a plus
- Working knowledge of all trades
- Scheduling
- Skills :
- Looking for an excellent communicator that can stay organized, multi task and is a self-starter. Must be able to diagnose and solve problems in the field.
- Must have technical experience.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Project
