Job Description:
Meet daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales goals while maintaining the highest quality service and product delivery.
Recording
Sales Consultant/ Service Writer Training
Ability to sell 20,000 to 30,000 a week in automotive repairs.
Must-Have:
Sales skills
Computer skills including Excel, Google docs, Point of Sale systems,
Quick learner
Must be able to work with people from all walks of life.
1 Year of Service writing experience or automotive background
Must keep and demand a clean work area
Auto parts experience a plus
Basic Duties include:
Presenting inspections and diagnosis results
High communication with customer and team
Ability to follow exact processes and structure
Understands supports and agrees with the owner's plans and effectively implements them.
