Temp Warehouse Worker – Fashion Ecommerce Industry

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Worker to support the daily operations of our fast-paced fashion e-commerce warehouse. You will be responsible for receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise in a safe and efficient manner. This role is crucial in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment and maintaining inventory accuracy for our customers. A fast-paced, dynamic fashion e-commerce environment and could lead to permanent position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

· Inbound Operations

· - Receive incoming merchandise deliveries from vendors and carriers

· - Unload goods manually or using equipment

· - Inspect shipments for damage, quantity, and accuracy

· - Tag, scan, and store inventory

· Outbound Operations

· - Pick and pack customer orders accurately

· - Secure goods on pallets and prepare for shipment

· - Load orders onto delivery vehicles

· - Ensure proper labeling and documentation

· General Warehouse Operations

· - Maintain clean, organized work areas

· - Participate in inventory and cycle counts

· - Follow all safety protocols and report issues

Qualifications & Requirements

- High school diploma or GED preferred

- 1 year of warehouse or general labor experience preferred

- Fashion or e-commerce warehouse experience is a plus

- Must pass background check and drug screening

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently or as part of a team

- Must have a verifiable employment history showing reliable attendance and punctuality

- Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull items up to 50 lbs regularly

- Frequent walking, standing, bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and crouching

- Comfortable working in varied environments, temperatures and heights

- Must be agile and dexterous with no restrictions that would prevent physical labor

- Willingness to work extended hours and weekends if needed

Work Environment & Schedule

This position requires regular physical activity in a warehouse environment. Standard work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional overtime during peak periods.

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Pay: $15.58 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Rotating shift
• Weekends as needed
