- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, providing a professional and welcoming atmosphere
- Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Maintain accurate records and organizational calendar
- Help plan and coordinate MACC events/programs
- Strong written and verbal communication
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Strong decision-making capabilities
- Ability to deal with frequent changes, interruptions or delays

- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
