SUMMARY: The ADR Coordinator is responsible for performing a variety of administrative duties and is diligent in assuring the needs of our neutrals and clients are efficiently handled. This is a hybrid remote position.

SUMMARY: The ADR Coordinator is responsible for performing a variety of administrative duties and is diligent in assuring the needs of our neutrals and clients are efficiently handled. This is a hybrid remote position.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work
- Observe, receive, and obtain information for accurate scheduling
- Close attention to detail when scheduling entries in NetSuite to prevent errors
- Manage a large volume of emails, information, and booking requests
- Work regularly with ADR Support Coordinator to schedule mediations to meet customers’ needs
- Use computers and software to schedule mediations efficiently and accurately
- Respect client and neutral confidentiality at all times
- Provide clear and concise information to clients and attorneys
- Adhere to department policies to ensure quality assurance of work
- Confer with attorneys and their paralegals to clarify information
- Arbitrate scheduling conflicts disputes between parties to schedule/ reschedule mediations
- Resolve client conflicts and complaints
- Provide coverage for teammates while on PTO
- Regularly attend and participate in department meetings as scheduled by the ADR Director
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management
- Associates degree in business or related field
- 3 years office administrative and customer service experience; legal experience preferred
- Proficient and competent in technology systems, specific skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, NetSuite experience desirable
