We are seeking a passionate sales professional to join our team and connect with customers in the transportation industry. In this exciting role, you'll sell our products and services, and schedule appointments as part of a dynamic geographic team. You'll also have the opportunity to lead and coordinate marketing campaigns, providing essential support to our senior sales team. Essential Responsibilities:

  • Actively create new business opportunities with both new and existing customers.
  • Drive new business through participation in lead generation campaigns, including pre-qualifying leads and assessing customer needs.
  • Present well-prepared sales proposals that effectively describe our products or services and persuade potential customers to make a purchase.
  • Document detailed records of customer interactions, including names, addresses, and responses, in the company's CRM system.
  • Manage your assigned portfolio of clients, ensuring diligent follow-up, tracking of quotes, and identifying future opportunities within the CRM.
  • Support marketing and branding initiatives.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned, which may involve temporary tasks that contribute to the overall success, maintenance, or safety of staff and facilities.
  • Always represent Milestone Equipment Holdings and its subsidiaries in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Associate degree in business related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with inside sales.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent phone skills.
  • Must have a friendly, professional and upbeat attitude.
  • Must be comfortable in speaking with prospects and customers.
  • Flexible and adaptable to the changing workflow and needs of the business.
  • Basic knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask
  • 3% travel required

Education:

  • Associate degree in Business Administration or equivalent combination of experience and education.
