Responsibilities
- Assist with paving operations and other site preparation activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the construction site to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety regulations.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any issues promptly.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with construction site protocols and safety practices.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Previous experience with utility locating is a plus but not required.
