What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager (Painting Company) position at Militello Paint and Powerwashing?
- Execution of $2 Million in revenue while compiling field experience
- Responsible for overseeing 6 – 10 painting crews.
- Completing project Kick-Offs per the “Kick-Off Guide.”
- Completing Inspections for each project per the “Inspection Guide.”
- Completing a Final Inspection per the “Final Walk Through” with the crew prior to a final walk through with clients and prior to submitting payment requests for the crew.
- Reporting each week to the General Manager
- Continue to learn about the growing industry of residential & commercial painting and interrelating trades and how they affect the economy and the life of the client
- Interact with clients to contribute to a “5 Star Experience” for our clients
- Daily/Weekly check-ins with General Manager
