What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Counselor position at Millard Public Schools?
Team Holling is looking for a collaborative and dedicated individual to support the students, community, and staff of Holling Heights. We seek someone with a strong understanding and experience in the following areas:
MTSS Behavior Model
Support/Coach staff in Tier 1 essential features
Support school-wide implementation and understanding of Trauma Informed Practices
Deliver Millard counseling curriculum in classrooms
Provide short-term counseling for students and families
Provide and monitor data of Tier 2 and 3 interventions
Provide short-term counseling for students and families
Collaborate with outside agencies such as DHHS and outside medical providers
Work with families and outside community agencies to ensure accessibility of primary needs
Collaborative problem solver with a variety of internal and external teams
Dedicated to the growth and potential of all children
