We are looking for an experienced and versatile Marketing Manager who is eager to come onboard and get word out about our company and the services we provide through our Security and Transportation departments. The right individual for this role will develop business relationships in the industry to not only find new clients, but also to source candidates for open positions in the company.
OVERVIEW
This position is responsible for planning, implementing and managing marketing strategies to promote the company’s security and transportation divisions and building the company’s client and employee base. This will include being responsible for building and maintaining social media presence through various platforms, researching and analyzing industry and market trends, actively pursing potential new clients, and supporting Human Resources in the recruitment process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct market research by analyzing industry trends and competitors activities to create marking strategies.
- Create a company marketing strategy and plan by identifying target audiences and implementing plans with specific objectives to increase client and employee base.
- Provide relevant, creative and impactful marketing solutions that support the ability to engage current and new clients.
- Provide direction in the development and delivery of multi-media marketing materials (videos, brochures, website, publications and social media).
- Plan and implement multiple marketing initiatives across various platforms, while working with company agencies to ensure Millenium Security website, Facebook, Linked In, Instagram and other sites and accounts are current and up to date.
- Track and monitor the success of online initiatives and report to executive leadership team.
- Stay current on all digital and social media developments, trends and best practices incorporating them into company marketing plans.
- Develop relationships within industry networks to source candidates for available opportunities.
- Additional Duties as assigned
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field (preferred)
- Online marketing, social media, web, interactive and public relations skills
- Experience with creating and implementing Marketing plans
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Prior experience with Recruitment
- Must be fluent in English and be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
