Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our team. The Assistant Property Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the property and assisting the Property Manager with all facets of management. This position would be ideal for a realtor looking for additional secured income while remaining employed in the real estate industry.
Duties and Responsibilities
Performs tasks relating to the daily operations of an assistant property management position including:
- Coordination of maintenance daily between tenants, vendors, and maintenance staff.
- Handling accounts payables and ensuring all bills are paid on time.
- Collecting accounts receivables, ensuring they are posted in a timely manner, and sending tenant notices when delinquent.
- Communicates with vendors daily regarding scheduling, billing, vendor insurance, etc.
- Answering phones in a timely manner and ensuring customer or client satisfaction.
- Performing necessary bookkeeping tasks including filing of accounts payables, tenant files, etc.
- Facilitates notices to tenants and owners ensuring standard practices are followed
- Performs unit showings when necessary while staying on top of lease expirations.
- Market units that are coming available and strive for minimum vacancy loss.
- Perform additional duties or tasks as assigned by other office members/property managers.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
