We are a growing Charleston Personal Injury Law Firm with a fast-paced team environment working with injured clients and their legal concerns. We are looking to expand our Intake Department, which offers flexible scheduling to culminate in 40 hours per week.
All members of the Intake Department must have availability to be staffed within all of our working ours of 7am-8pm Monday-Friday and 9am-5pm Saturday & Sunday.
In addition to the hourly rate of pay, our Intake Department is also given bonuses for each case they successfully sign.

Legal Case Consultant - Legal Intake
Role Objective:
You are the first voice anyone who calls our firm will hear, so it’s imperative that you greet callers with a warm, friendly, and welcoming demeanor. The objective of the full-time New Client Advocate is to leave every caller feeling appreciated, heard, and valued, regardless of whether we are able to take their case or not.
Compensation:$16 - $20 hour
Responsibilities:- Obtain new client information by answering incoming calls, discussing facts with potential new clients (PNC), and verifying that all information is correct
- Accurately enter client information in the case management system (Litify) and document intake activity in a timely manner (calls, texts, emails, etc)
- Once a PNC is qualified as a case, we “want” you to assist PNCs with e-signing documentation, scheduling investigators to meet with PNCs, or scheduling them to come to the office to sign. If there is hesitation, it is your job to sell the firm and our services
- Follow up on all outstanding Intakes from the night/day before in an attempt to convert
- Set up new Matters in Litify and assign them to the proper Matter Team
- Continue to follow up on potential new clients regarding missed appointments or unsigned electronic documents
- Quickly reroute existing client calls to the Case Manager or Attorney
- Prior customer service experience
- Bilingual a plus
- Ability to provide empathy to potential clients
