DUTIES: Under supervision of lawyers, prepare documents needed for EB5 immigration filings with government agencies including legal briefs, forms, and correspondence; manage high volume of cases including monitoring and meeting deadlines, communicating with clients, agents, coworkers, and government agencies, and coordinating preparation and receipt of evidence with multiple parties, and conduct research.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Research experience
- Ability to handle high volume case load while maintaining high level of productivity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated attention to detail
- Flexibility and initiative regarding assignments for self and team
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- EB5 immigration experience as a paralegal in a professional office
