Duties
- Under supervision, prepare documents for immigration filings, including legal briefs, forms, and correspondence
- Manage complex cases, monitoring deadlines, communicating with clients, agents, coworkers, and government agencies
- Conduct thorough research and coordinate preparation and receipt of evidence with multiple parties
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or higher
- Strong research and writing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility and initiative regarding assignments for self and team
