Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about providing excellent customer service? This position will handle accounts payable responsibilities for East Stroudsburg University but is physically located onsite at Millersville University. This role involves a variety of accounts payable functions and close collaboration with other fiscal technicians.
Key Responsibilities :
- Review and process direct payment requests, ensuring compliance with policies.
- Handle payments for Service Purchase Contracts and process invoices via SAP or Sourcepoint.
- Verify accounting codes, check invoices against purchase orders, and ensure timely payments.
- Maintain accurate vendor information and review invoices for unauthorized charges.
- Resolve payment issues and provide primary processing for Teacher Co-op payments and university p-cards.
- Manage travel arrangements, including system administration and approvals.
- Monitor accounts payable email and maintain shared digital folders.
- Track financial data and assist in preparing financial reports and audit schedules.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle miscellaneous office duties.
