Job Summary / Basic Function
The Office of Human Resources & Payroll Services is seeking a student to provide a variety of tasks to assist the office. Required Qualifications
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Customer service skills
- Computer skills (Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
- Willingness to perform varied duties.
- Ability to multitask and work with multiple projects at one time Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in an office setting Job Duties Task may included but are not limited to :
- Scanning / indexing documents into OnBase imaging system
- Answer phones and transfer accordingly
- Organize, stamp and deliver mail to appropriate staff member
- Customer service duties such as handling walk up customers and answering questions as it pertains to new hire paperwork (student employment)
- Filing
- Pulling inactive employees (retired / separated) files and putting in a separate folder
- Other duties as assigned Working Conditions and Physical Effort
