The Program Manager position will direct and manage the daily operation of the adult outpatient counseling program. This includes: providing administrative supervision to staff, managing quality assurance of services provided and documentation completed, overseeing the operational functioning of administrative staff, and contributing as needed to ensure that the daily operations of the program are functional.
Some of the essential duties are as follows:
- Assess the need for and coordinate treatment team meetings, as needed.
- Assist the Clinical Director in organizing, planning, and running all mandatory general staff meetings, administrative meetings, QACC meetings, supervisor meetings, and QAOC meetings.
- Follow all ethical standards set forth by DHS/OOL and his/her related counseling board.
- Familiarity with quality assurance guidelines & standards.
- Follow standards/guidelines set forth by HIPAA and protect all client PHI.
- Update the Clinical Director regarding high priority cases within the program.
- Familiarity with the adult counseling program’s assessment tool utilized for evaluating clientele progress and therapeutic effectiveness.
- Responsible for ensuring all Outpatient Clinic staff members are held accountable for weekly/monthly required tasks.
- Monitors patient volumes, quality of care, and performance of staff to identify areas for improvement and future trainings.
- Oversees the services and documentation for compliance with accreditation and/or certification standards; coordinates and/or assists in performance management regarding the development and implementation of corrective action plans to address any deficiencies involving these standards.
- Assists in the development and maintenance of policies and procedures, operational guidelines, and contractual agreements relating to compliance standards.
Education/Experience needed
- Master’s degree from an accredited university in counseling or a related discipline.
- LPC, LCSW, or LMFT credentials preferred.
- Familiarity and experience with clinical documentation and outpatient counseling regulations of the Division of Human Services and Office of Licensing.
- Experience with managing quality assurance.
- Strong leadership and management experience.
This is a 20-30 hour per week position that is hybrid. If working a consistent 30-hour per week schedule, all benefits will be available, including PTO, health/dental/vision/flex spending/403b plan. Since we operate a preschool in conjunction with behavioral health services, we are closed for both spring and winter school breaks. The average pay is $30/hour. Hours can be flexible.
