HR Coordinator
Pay: $25/hr.
100% on-site (12 month contract role)
3-5 years of experience
Someone that has experience organizing new employee onboarding, interview resources and schedules, and tracking the new hire activity.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the scheduling of interviews, meetings, and other HR-related events.
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand scheduling needs and preferences.
Maintain and update scheduling systems and tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Communicate effectively with candidates, employees, and external parties regarding scheduling details.
Assist in the preparation of interview materials and logistics.
Handle any scheduling conflicts and propose solutions.
Support the HR team with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
HS Diploma only OK
Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in scheduling or administrative support is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
