We're seeking a Career Focused Educator to join our team at Milton Hershey School. As a Career Focused Educator, you'll play a critical role in shaping the lives of students from disadvantaged backgrounds. At Milton Hershey School, we believe in the importance of family and community. That's why we're looking for married couples to become flex houseparents. Flex houseparents live on campus and provide guidance and support to a group of approximately 8-12 students. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with youth, preferably in under-served settings. Both spouses must be at least 27 years old, and they must have a valid driver's license. We also require candidates to demonstrate a high degree of integrity, as all staff members serve as role models for our students.
In return for your hard work and dedication, you'll receive a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, plus comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training. You'll also enjoy a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, plus three weeks of paid summer vacation.
