As a Youth Development Specialist, you will serve as a flex houseparent, providing guidance and nurturing to a small group of students in a family-like environment. Your responsibilities will include transportation, medication administration, budgeting, and ensuring a supportive and structured living situation for the students.
We are looking for candidates who have experience working with youth and demonstrate integrity. You must also meet specific qualifications, including age and marital status requirements.
Salary and Benefits
- $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)
