We are seeking experienced and compassionate individuals who can provide a nurturing environment for 8-12 students. As a House Parent, you will oversee daily activities, ensure the well-being of our students, and create a sense of belonging among them.
About the Role:
* Provide guidance and support to students in a family-like setting
* Develop and maintain a positive living environment that promotes learning and growth
* Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the overall well-being of our students
* Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge as a House Parent

Requirements:
* Experience working or volunteering with youth from under-served settings
* Must be legally married for at least 2 years

* High school diploma or GED required
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
