We are seeking married couples to become Flex Houseparents, residing on-campus in student homes and guiding a group of approximately 8-12 students. This unique role requires integrity, teamwork, and the ability to foster a family-like atmosphere, with comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance.
Salary and Benefits
The total compensation package includes a salary of $43,825 per person (a total of approx. $150,000 per couple), free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. Responsibilities
Flex Houseparents will be responsible for overseeing daily devotions, taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services, and handling various responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc. When initially hired, flex houseparents cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.
Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, candidates must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. Couples must also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
