As a Residential Youth Caregiver at Milton Hershey School, you and your spouse will play a vital role in providing a nurturing environment for students from underprivileged backgrounds. You will be responsible for daily devotions, leading students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services, and participating in various school activities. A high school diploma or GED is required, and candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
