Compensation
Caregivers for youth receive a salary of $43,825 per person, resulting in a total compensation package of approximately $150,000 per couple. This includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.

Job Description
As a caregiver, you will be responsible for supporting and nurturing youth from disadvantaged backgrounds. This involves providing a family-like structure, managing a group of 8-12 students, guiding them through daily activities and responsibilities, and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
You will also be required to complete an individual employment application, abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy, and have valid driver's license. Additionally, couples must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years, with both spouses being age 27 or older.
Other requirements include having no more than three dependent children residing in the student home, being able to lift up to 50 lbs, and having a valid driver's license. Couples must also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions.
