We are looking for two-person teams to become Youth Caregivers at Milton Hershey School. In this role, you and your spouse will guide and nurture a group of 8-12 students, providing a consistent family-like structure and handling various responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting.
We offer a competitive benefits package, including a salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple), free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. As a Youth Caregiver, you will work a flexible schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, with a period of personal time while students are at school. You will also enjoy three-week paid summer vacation.
To qualify for this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should have a high school diploma or GED, be at least 27 years old, and have no more than three dependent children residing in the student home.
