Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to fill the role of Flex House Parents. As a key member of our team, you will provide nurturing support and guidance to students from disadvantaged backgrounds residing in on-campus homes. This involves creating a family-like environment, managing household responsibilities, and fostering positive relationships with youth.
