What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Caregivers position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is a leader in providing educational support to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Our school offers a unique opportunity for married couples to work together as Youth Caregivers, providing guidance and support to students living on campus.
In this role, you will create a family-like environment for 8-12 students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting. You will also be responsible for providing daily devotions and taking students to Sunday chapel services.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking students to Sunday chapel services.
