Job Description
As a Flex Houseparent, your primary responsibility is to provide a safe and supportive living environment for your assigned students.
This includes:
- Providing guidance and support to students in their academic, personal, and emotional development
- Developing and implementing plans to meet the individual needs of each student
- Communicating effectively with students, parents, and school staff
Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the student home, managing budgets, and performing other duties as assigned.
